About the role

Keep payment processing available and fast across regions, and help teams run their services well.

What you will do

• Operate and improve our multi-region infrastructure.
• Define service level objectives with product teams and track them.
• Lead incident response and write clear post-incident reviews.
• Automate capacity planning and failover testing.

What we are looking for

• Experience running production systems with high availability requirements.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure as code and container orchestration.
• Calm, methodical approach to incidents.
• Experience in regulated environments is helpful.
