About the role

Investigate and resolve payment and payout exceptions for merchants across Asia-Pacific.

What you will do

• Investigate failed, delayed or returned payments and payouts.
• Work with bank and acquirer partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain runbooks for common exception types.
• Identify recurring problems and raise them with engineering.

What we are looking for

• Experience in payments operations, banking operations or similar.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and internal tools.
• Availability for a rotating weekend schedule.
