How the funds will be used

The company plans to use the funding in three areas:

  • Coverage. Extending local acquiring and payment methods to more markets in Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
  • Trade. Expanding Landed Cost and Trade Compliance to additional destination markets and product categories.
  • Reliability. Investing in infrastructure, regional redundancy and incident response.

Milestones to date

All figures below are illustrative.

  • Payments processed for merchants selling into more than 150 countries.
  • Local acquiring available in 28 markets.
  • More than 60 local payment methods supported.
  • Sandbox access for every account, introduced in August 2026.

Hiring

The company plans to grow its regional teams in São Paulo, Dubai and Singapore over the next year (illustrative plan), with a focus on payments operations, risk and customer support.
