Merchant Onboarding Lead

About the role

Lead the team that verifies and activates new merchants and platform sellers in Latin America.

What you will do

• Manage a team of onboarding analysts.
• Set and track targets for onboarding time and quality.
• Work with risk and compliance on verification requirements.
• Improve tooling and processes with product and engineering.
• Handle escalations from sales and merchants.

What we are looking for

• Experience leading an operations team in payments or fintech.
• Knowledge of KYB processes in Latin American markets.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is helpful.
• Data-driven approach to improving processes.
