About the role

Tune fraud rules and models for North American merchants without hurting legitimate approvals.

What you will do

• Monitor fraud and chargeback trends across merchant segments.
• Design, test and deploy rule changes.
• Work with data science on model features and evaluation.
• Advise merchants on fraud and dispute strategies.

What we are looking for

• Experience in fraud analytics or risk strategy.
• Strong SQL and comfort with a scripting language.
• Understanding of card fraud and chargeback processes.
• Ability to explain findings to non-specialists.
