Transparency first
We show the rate, the fee and the reason. If a customer has to ask what something costs, we have not done our job.
Correct before fast
We move other people's money. We would rather ship a day later than ship something that settles the wrong amount.
Local by default
Every market has its own methods, rules and expectations. We learn them properly instead of applying one country's habits everywhere.
Write it down
Decisions, incidents and designs are written and shared. It keeps a distributed team aligned and makes our reasoning easy to check.
