Product Manager, Acquiring

About the role

Own the roadmap for local acquiring and routing, with authorisation rate as the main measure.

What you will do

• Decide which markets and acquirer connections to prioritise next.
• Work with engineering on routing and retry improvements.
• Analyse acceptance data to find and size opportunities.
• Explain trade-offs clearly to merchants, sales and leadership.
• Write product requirements and track outcomes after launch.

What we are looking for

• Product management experience in payments or financial infrastructure.
• Comfort working with data, including writing your own queries.
• Understanding of card payment flows and fees.
• Track record of shipping with engineering teams.
