Terms of service

Last updated 01.10.2026

This is placeholder text for a product prototype. It is not legal advice and does not create a binding agreement. Any real terms must be written and reviewed by qualified counsel.

About these terms

These terms describe how you may use the International Orders website and, in the prototype's fictional scenario, its sandbox and services. International Orders is a fictional brand. No real payment services are offered through this site. See the regulatory information page for more.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the fictional International Orders, and "you" means the person or business using the site.

Using the website

You may browse the website, read its content and use its interactive tools, such as the pricing calculator, for your own information. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with the site's operation, security or other users' access.
  • Attempt to access areas or data you are not authorised to see.
  • Copy large parts of the site for commercial reuse without permission.
  • Use the site in a way that breaks applicable law or our acceptable use policy.

Accounts and the sandbox

In the fictional scenario, creating an account gives you access to a sandbox for testing. Sandbox data is simulated. No real money moves and no real payment networks are contacted.

You are responsible for keeping your login details and API keys secure, and for activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Live services

Any live payment, foreign exchange, payout, landed cost or trade compliance service would be governed by a separate written agreement, together with any terms required by card networks, banks and other partners. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide those services.

Content and figures

Content on this site, including blog posts, guides, case studies, rates and statistics, is illustrative. Figures are placeholders unless clearly stated otherwise. Do not rely on them for financial, tax, customs or legal decisions.

Customer names and people mentioned on the site are fictional. Third-party names of payment methods and networks are used only to describe what a payment platform of this kind might support.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text and code are owned by their respective authors and licensed for use in this prototype. You may not reuse the International Orders name or visual identity in a way that suggests a real business relationship.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promises about its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from reliance on illustrative content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

In a real agreement, this section would name the governing law and the courts with jurisdiction. It is intentionally left unspecified in this prototype.
