The challenge
Cinder & Sage built its following in Dubai and began shipping to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. Visitors from those markets browsed in large numbers but rarely completed checkout.
The checkout was English-only, priced in dirhams and accepted cards alone, while many shoppers in the region expected local wallets and instalment options.
The solution
Localized Checkout presents the page in Arabic or English, with prices in the shopper's currency and right-to-left layout where needed.
Payment Methods added regional debit schemes, wallets and an instalment option, ordered by what shoppers in each country use most.
