About the role

Design the tools merchants use to understand payments, reconcile settlements and resolve disputes.

What you will do

• Lead design for reporting, reconciliation and dispute workflows.
• Run research with finance and operations users.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system.
• Work alongside engineers through implementation.
• Present work and reasoning to product and leadership.

What we are looking for

• Portfolio showing complex, data-heavy product work.
• Experience designing for professional or B2B users.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills.
• Comfort with accessibility standards.
