Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification or other assistive technologies.

Target standard

The site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a target, not a claim of full conformance.

What we do

  • Semantic structure. Pages use headings in order, landmarks and lists so that content can be navigated by structure.
  • Keyboard access. All interactive elements, including menus, tabs, the pricing calculator and the cookie settings, can be reached and operated with a keyboard. Focus is always visible.
  • Colour and contrast. Text and interface elements are designed to meet AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes.
  • Motion. Animations respect the reduced motion setting in your operating system.
  • Text alternatives. Meaningful images and icons have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Forms. Form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text, not by colour alone.
  • Resizing. Content reflows at 400% zoom and at narrow widths without horizontal scrolling.
  • Language. Each page declares its language, so screen readers use the correct pronunciation.

How we tested

The site was last tested on 2026-10-10. Testing included:

  • Automated checks with axe on the main page templates.
  • Manual keyboard checks of navigation, menus, forms, tabs, dialogs and the pricing calculator.
  • Checks of light and dark themes for contrast.
  • Checks with reduced motion enabled.

Automated tools catch only some issues, so manual checks were used alongside them.

Known issues

  • Some long pages rely on scroll-driven animations that are static in older browsers. The content is still available, but the visual effect does not play.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and with common screen readers on desktop and mobile. Older browsers may display a simplified version of some pages.

Enforcement

Depending on where you live, you may be able to raise an accessibility complaint with a public body. A real statement would name the relevant enforcement procedure for each jurisdiction where the service operates.
