About the role

Shape how merchants calculate and collect landed cost at checkout across Asia-Pacific and beyond.

What you will do

• Own the product for duty and tax calculation, classification and remittance.
• Track regulatory changes and translate them into product changes.
• Work with carriers and brokers on data and integration requirements.
• Measure accuracy and merchant outcomes after launch.

What we are looking for

• Product experience in ecommerce, logistics or tax technology.
• Familiarity with customs concepts such as HS codes and Incoterms.
• Ability to work across legal, operations and engineering teams.
• Clear, structured writing.
